Hardboard

Description

Hardboard is dense and strong because it’s created by compressing exploded wood fibers without additional adhesive, the original lignin in the wood fibers sufficing to bond the hardboard together. Commonly used in furniture backing, cabinet construction, doors, paneling, and as a base for painting or laminating.
